Weston Hammond, born on September 22, 1988, passed away on December 5, 2024.
Above all else, Weston cherished his role as a father to his beloved son, Bowie Hammond. Fatherhood brought him immense joy and purpose, and his love for Bowie was the cornerstone of his life.
Weston is survived by his parents, Thomas Hammond, Sonja Campbell, and Scott Campbell; as well as his siblings Shea (Megan), Brandyn (Becky), Faryn (Shane), Taylor (Devon), Sierra (Jacob), and Aliah. He also leaves behind many loving nieces and nephews.
Weston’s memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. His generous and kind heart will never be forgotten. May his legacy bring comfort to all who mourn his passing.
