To Richard and Rhondeen, mom has left this earthly life, but find comfort in the legacy of the life she lived. Sonia, sleep and take your rest. We love you well but Jesus loves you best. May your soul rest in God's eternal peace 🕊 🕊 🕊.

I took mom out for her 60th birthday. Getting treated was both a delight and a source of distress as she'd worry about the cost. I'm glad mom would let me treat her even if she did fuss. She's done so much for me, so it was always a pleasure to treat her.

A little bit of my sister will always live on in me! For the first eight years of my life I thought my Sonia was my cousin. When I first found out that we were sisters I realized why we truly cared for each other. Sonia's temperament was reticent, but she still found ways to make everyone crack up. Our last conversation will be embedded in my mind and heart. I wish I could share🥰 My fondest memories of Sonia are the ones we shared when I migrated to the U.S.A. I extremely happy I spent precious times with her on several occasions, and got th ed chance to get to know each other on a deeper level as sisters. I will always hold you in my heart and soul Sonia! May you be a guiding Angel to Richard and Rhondeen. Your siblings, Donovan, Winsome, Rosemarie and Brenda will miss you. Sleep on sister, until we meet again🕊

The lost of a love one is very difficult, but when you are assured that your love one is in the arms of Jesus, you will find peace perfect peace. Today I am remembering my sister Sonia a dedicated Christian who loved the Lord. My sister was very smart, ambitious and hardworking. RIP my dear sister, sleep and take your eternal rest. You will always be remembered.

Dear family, Cultivate restfulness, and commit the keeping of your souls unto God as unto a faithful Creator. He will keep that which is committed to His trust. He is not pleased to have us cover His altar with our tears and complaints. You have enough to praise God for already, if you do not see another soul converted. But the good work will go on if you will only go forward, and not be trying to adjust everything to your own ideas. Let the peace of God rule in your hearts, and be ye thankful. Let the Lord have room to work. Do not block His way. He can and will work if we will let Him.— - ChS 243.2

We send our sincerest condolences to the Johnson - Smith family, especially to Sonia’s kids and siblings. Sonia said her goodby but the hope we all have in Jesus Christ is sure and secure. We will all see her again as we meet again around the Throne of God. Those who have gone before have left us as strong, unbroken links in this Johnson family of love. From: Uncle Ned’s Clan
