Shirley Jones-Roberts peacefully passed away on November 18th 2024 at the age of 96 . Shirley is survived by son Floyd (Butch) Jones, and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her late husband Perry Roberts, her daughter PaulaJean Jones, and her grandchildren Kelly and Trevor Jones.
Shirley lived a very long full life and was so very strong and independent all the way to the end of her life. Shirley was an amazing grandmother to her grandchildren & loved to take them for family trips to her beach house in Ocean City.
Shirley will be missed by everyone who knew her and a Memorial will be held on November 29, 2024 at 4pm at her family farmhouse for close friends and family & a candlelight vigil will be had at Shirley’s lifelong church, November 30, 2024 at 5pm at Takoma Park 7th day Adventist church . All are welcome to attend and celebrate Shirley’s life.
