Celebrating the Life of
March 24, 1961 — March 28, 2025
Scott Marks from Fayetteville, Tennessee passed away peacefully in Salinas/Anconcito Ecuador on March 28, 2025. He was born on March 24, 1961 in Nashville, Tennessee to his mother and father Caroline and Lewis Marks. He was a graduate of Lincoln County High School and attended David Lipscomb College. He is survived by his brother Ed Marks of Gulf Shores, Alabama and his sister Carol Marsh of Lewisburg, Tennessee. He is preceded in death by his mother and father Caroline and Lewis Marks and sister Matalea Marks originally of Fayetteville, Tennessee. Scott had resided in many different locations including Tennessee, Alabama, Florida, Hawaii, Massachusetts, Germany and Ecuador. Scott went on many family trips hosted by his mother where all siblings and children were in attendance. Besides the family trips he traveled a lot on his own to different places around the world. His goal in life was to live one day at a time. He worked as a flight attendant for Northwest Airlines, making and selling Lei's along with flipping houses in Hawaii, and Beach Bar owner in Montecito, Ecuador. He was an independent person who preferred to work in his own environment. Scotts ashes will be spread next to his deceased sister Matalea at his home in Anconcito, Ecuador overlooking the beautiful Pacific Ocean.
