Samuel Preston Douglass, also known as Smokey, was born on January 25, 1979, in Little Rock. He passed away on April 28, 2024, at the age of 45, in Little Rock, Arkansas.
Samuel was known for his loving and caring nature, mixed with a touch of sarcasm that could always make you laugh. He had a soulful way of caring deeply for those he loved. He adored spending time with his family and dogs, and his heart was always open to every stray animal in need. His playful nature extended to his love of embarrassing his wife and daughters, bringing joy and laughter to those around him.
He is survived by his mother Kathy Douglass, his wife Stacy Douglass, brother James Douglass, daughters Alyssa Miller, and Ashley Rhea, as well as numerous friends and family. Samuel was preceded in death by his father, grandfather, grandmother, and many other dearly missed loved ones.
