Renée Nicole Anderson

Ms. Renée Nicole Anderson of Van Buren, ME, unexpectedly passed away in the early hours of September 2nd 2025, at the age of 50 due to complications from congenital myotonic dystrophy type 1.

Born on January 27, 1975, in Alma, Michigan, Renée enjoyed playing Bingo and writing to her many penpals across the world. She loved rock and roll music, Shirley Temple, The Little Rascal and Saved by the Bell. She enjoyed telling stories about her travels across the United States with her family in their RV and she never missed an opportunity to recommend bringing your kids to Fun Town in Saco (one of her favorite places).

She is survived by her aunt, Nicole Baulkaran; and cousins, Alain Desjardins, Angelique Geyer and David Bayro. She was predeceased by her parents, Randall and Marie-Paule Anderson and her sister Louise Anderson.

A graveside service will be held on November 1, 2025 at the cemetery located at 541 Chemin Notre Dame de Lourdes, Notre Dame de Lourdes, New Brunswick, Canada at 9AM EST/10AM AST.
