Her first trip with her husband was to the New York World Fair in 1964, they were accompanied by her brother-in-law and wife Pat, who were staying in Queens.
She decided to do something special for her brother and sister-in-law's wedding anniversary in 1964 and drove with them to The New York Peppermint Lounge to see and do "The Twist" with Chubby Checker...but he wasn't there!

Please share a photo or video, or post a heartfelt condolence to the family.

In 1966 she flew to Germany from Baltimore in 1969 on TWA. The photos from her travels survived a fire at her birth home of 816 Carey St., but were lost when the family luggage was dropped in the Atlantic when being unloaded from the cargo ship from Germany.

As a young person Patricia traveled with nuns and classmates and ate at Automats (these earliest high-tech feeding programs where food came from machines)! The trip finished with a short visit to Niagara Falls.
What a beautiful written tribute to a woman who lived a full, adventurous life filled with family and memories that will live on. My sincerest condolences, thinking of you all.
There is no one who can ever replace her but she lives in all your hearts. My deepest condolences.
Beautiful tribute! Sending love and condolences to Shawna and all the family.

The photo is from my mother's birthday 73rd birthday. It just so happened to also be the evening I married my lovely wife Meghan at the Boulder Theater in Boulder, Colorado. This photo was taken as all the guest sang happy birthday to her. In loving memory, Tim.
