Pamela Kay Ridley, aged 81, passed away peacefully on August 28, 2024, in Roswell, Ga. Born on March 28, 1943, Pamela was a beloved figure in her community and a devoted matriarch to her extensive family.
Pamela's life was marked by her deep love for her family. She was blessed with three children, two stepchildren, and eleven grandchildren, all of whom were the light of her life. Her children include Carl Hughes and his family, wife Kim and children Carson and Luke. Her daughter Karen Lamb and her family, husband Paul and children Abigail (Daniel), Paul Robert (Ashley) and Connor. Her daughter Amy Joubert and her family, husband Paul, daughters Mia and Addison. Her step daughter Vanessa Thornton, husband Kevin and children Austin, Kolton, William and Jaxson and her stepson, Kyle Ridley and his wife Laura Ann, also held a special place in her heart. Pamela's husband, Glen Ridley, survives her, continuing their shared legacy of love and family values.
A faithful attendee of Mt. Paran North Church in Marietta, Ga, Pamela's faith played a significant role in her life. She cherished spending time with her family and grandchildren, often sharing her love for the Lord and instilling in them values of kindness and compassion.
A private family memorial will be held in her honor at Mt. Paran North Church on Friday, September 6th, where loved ones will gather to celebrate her life and the profound impact she had on those around her.
Pamela Ridley will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and friend whose warmth and generosity knew no bounds. Her legacy will continue to inspire and influence generations to come.
