Celebrating the Life of
April 16, 1953 — May 17, 2026
Pamela (Scopacasa) Flowers, cherished wife, mother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully on May 17, 2026, in Bastrop, Texas, with her devoted husband, Ray, by her side. Born on April 16, 1953, in Warren, Ohio, Pamela lived a life filled with love, creativity, and joy.
Pam graduated from Newport Harbor High School in 1971. Her education marked the beginning of a life enriched by her vibrant personality and enthusiasm for bringing people together. She had a warm spirit and an extraordinary ability to make every gathering special.
Pam shared a remarkable love story with her husband. They celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary just days before her passing on May 10, 2026—a milestone that reflected their lifetime of devotion, partnership, and unwavering love. Their marriage was a testament to a life built on family, loyalty, and enduring commitment.
Pam was a proud and loving mother to her two sons, Robbie and Jeff. Her greatest joy was supporting and cherishing her boys throughout their lives. She treasured every moment spent with them and carried her role as their mother with pride and fierce dedication.
Pam's beloved German Shepherd, Lexi, was her constant companion who brought comfort and joy to her days. She also shared an enduring bond with Linda Rose, a dear friend who was more like family.
Pam is survived by her husband, Harold Raymond Flowers of Bastrop, Texas; her eldest son, Robert Randall Flowers, and his wife, London Hunter (Flowers), of Dallas, Texas; her youngest son, Jeffery Justin Flowers of Los Angeles, California; and her siblings, Frederick Scopacasa and Andrea Swinburnson.
Pam was predeceased by her parents, Berta and Frederick Scopacasa, whose memory she held close to her heart.
Pam had a zest for life that shone through in everything she did. She loved karaoke and was always quick to take the microphone. Her creative talents were evident in her passion for scrapbooking and decorating for the holidays—her home was always a reflection of her artistic touch and festive spirit. Pam also had a gift for hosting; she brought people together with warmth and hospitality that made everyone feel welcome.
Her legacy is one of love, laughter, and connection. Her memory will live on in the hearts of those who knew her best and loved her most.
May Pamela Jo Flowers rest in peace, surrounded by the same light and love she so generously gave to others throughout her life.
