Obituary
Mike Kirtley of Black River Falls, WI passed away on February 25, 2025 at the age of 44, in a car accident.
Mike worked at Gimi’s Family Restaurant and was very well liked by the customers. Some calling him the best coffee server. He took pride in making sure he did a good job. He also loved his family fiercely, if he loved you, he had your back.

Step-dad-Dan Owens, Sisters: Kristin Carty, Heather Owens, Chloe Owens

Mike thank you for the good times. I will always remember your contagious smile. There was nobody who had someone's back more than you. You were the ride or die homie we all were glad to call our friend. Tell our homies we say what's up for now until we catch up again.
Michael was one of the reasons for going to breakfast. From his nearly constant smile, to his attention to detail, he was a highlight to the day. We only got to have the pleasure of his company for a couple of years, but his memory will last forever. Our small community took a big hit.
I’m so sorry to hear this it’s just so heart breaking. I’ve not seen Mike since he was a young boy. Always the sweetest! ❤️ Praying for you all! 🙏
