Obituary
Keith Thomas Mikasa, born on March 27, 1967, in Howell, Michigan to Harold and Betty Mikasa, unexpectedly passed away on November 15, 2024, in Fowlerville, Michigan. A skilled carpenter by trade, Keith was known for the quality craftsmanship he brought to every project.
Throughout his life, Keith found joy in his passions, particularly fishing and motocross, which reflected his adventurous spirit.
Keith is survived by his children, Mariah Voorhies (Chris), Julia Mikasa, and James Geihsler (Ikra), and grandchildren who will carry on his legacy. He is also survived by his loving mother, Betty Mikasa. His brothers Michael Mikasa and Jerry Mikasa, as well as his nieces, great nieces and great nephews.
Keith was preceded in death by his father Harold Mikasa and brother Timothy Mikasa.
A private family gathering will be held to honor and remember his life.

Keith is and always will be one of the good guys! One of the kindest, mild mannered and upright people I ever had the privilege of knowing.
I’ll always remember the best parts of Uncle Keith. He was willing to take time to spend with us. Whether it was playing Barbie’s, talking about motocross, sitting in the hunting blind with us or showing us a giant pet iguana. You will be missed, Uncle Keith. Rest in peace.
