My sincere condolences to Frank and Judy’s entire family. Judy worked for District Court Judges and I for a Court of Appeals Judge in the same suite in the 1990’s at the Prince George’s County Courthouse. We became friends and enjoyed getting together even after our retirements. She had a great sense of humor and was loyal to her friends and so very proud of her family whom she loved dearly. She will be sorely missed.
I am sorry for your loss I will not be able to attend I do daycare and can not get that day off but I will make a donation in Judy’s name of flowers to be planted again my heart goes out to the family
Judy was one of my most opinionated painters and we always had a good laugh at her comments 😂 One second it was “oh, I hate this painting” and three minutes later, “oh, I love this painting!” Her most recent watercolor was for her grandson who had two cats. Judy made sure to paint them just like her grandson’s furry friends. We became friends instantly and sometimes it was just her and I enjoying painting. I’m missing her already; our classes will never be the same. My prayers for Frank, Lisa and her grandchildren, son-in-law and all of her family and friends. Rest easy, beautiful lady. 🙏🏼❤️

I miss you so much cousin, and the times we got to spend together. You were always there to chat with me when I needed you the most I love you missed you so much words can't describe ❤️
