Joe and Jaime made my day every time I saw them. Always a smile, always a laugh. I will miss joe checking for that empty spot.

Joe helped me bring in my 70th birthday in style. It would not have been complete without he and Jaime

This is the neighborhood lunch crew. The guys would go periodically. We all know Joe loved to EAT 😂 We miss him already. Above is Calvin, Jeane, Lois, Ron, Joe and Fred. Fred’s wife Sherrie took the picture. Rest peacefully our friend. ❤️ Calvin & Jeane

This was just one of the many examples of the love of this family. This day always has a special place in my heart.
To my Uncle Joe, the head of our family. I greatly appreciate all our talks, life lessons, and those random gems you would drop on me on occasion. Thank you for encouraging me to succeed and for always wanting to see me win in life. I’m sure going to miss our marriage talks and always letting me know that your door was open no matter what. Those conversations these last two years will always be cherished. I’m so happy the last time we talked, I was able to tell you that. Thank you for setting a great example of marriage, love , and togetherness. I will miss you dearly. Kiss Maw-Maw for me. Love always, Aly

One of the many family gatherings we had. Joe was always there. So sorry we cannot come together now in times like this.

Sadden to hear of Joe’s death. I have been in constant prayer for Joe and his wife, asking God for healing and exercising faith in God. I now realize God’s will had to be done. Let us take faith in Jesus’ words that he will return for the living and the dead who love and has loved him.
No words can Express how sadden I am for the loss of our beloved neighbor Joe. I loved visiting, eating and drinking with him and the Sycamore crew. I am so deeply saddened about your loss of a truly loving family man. I’ve known the Brazile family for the past 40 years, since I was 16 years old and Joe was always kind to me, my kids and husband Nate. My heart, condolences and prayers go out to my Sis Shonte, Jamie, Shontrice, CJ, all of Joe’s siblings and the entire Brazile family!

My mother Margariete says although she and Joe were Cousins she feels like she’s lost a Brother. This photo was taken at Joe’s Birthday Party. I recall when he so eloquently spoke of his love for his family...his Moon (Jamie), his siblings, extended family and friends (Stars). The Brazile Family is in our heart and prayers

Dear Jamie and Family, You have my deepest sympathies. Joe was a dedicated and loving family man. We first met in the 80's when I began working at Caltrans. In his work in Labor Compliance, Joe made a tremendous contribution to Caltrans by helping to ensure that workers were treated fairly. I truly valued his friendship. You're in my prayers.

Joe will always remain in my heart and memory as a kind,, gentle soul. Always easy to be around, to talk to and always ready to share a kind, positive word or thought. I also consider it an honor to have known him as a fellow worker at Caltrans. L. Williams
To My Beloved Uncle, Its so difficult to gather up words to speak how wonderful you were to me. Our private talks to our funny stories from down the road. You gave me strengths and lessons to pass on to my children. I promise to keep those lovely memories alive and definitely keep an eye on my Lil Cousin/brother. Auntie we are all here for you.
Joe and I have been friends because our sons have been friends since they were in diapers. We really jelled in our friendship when we discovered that we had played football against each other in high school (Washington, Joe; Fremont, me). RIP My Brother.
Our deepest condolences go out for you from the Cousins up North. Deeply saddened by the loss of such a kind & gentle soul, we pray for comfort during this time of bereavement.
