Mr. Jerry Daniel "Red" Wolford has died unexpectedly on March 27, 2023 in Orlando, Florida at the age of 56. He is survived by his children Dr. Kimberly Cannon (Mark Jr.) of Highland, IN, Jerry Blakemore (Tanya) of Lake Mary, FL and Mercedes Ballinger (Brandon Sr.) of Sanford, FL. He is preceded in death by his father, Jerry Wolford Sr. and mother, Angela Wolford. He was born on May 18, 1966 in Markham, IL to Jerry Sr. and Angela Wolford. He attended Bloom High School and enjoyed cooking and his job of being a great chef! He married Hattie Blakemore in 1989 and had 3 children during this union, which led to his grands, Markiya, Mark III, Makynzie, Jayllen, Josiah, Julius, Brandon Jr., Bentley, Miyah, and Meadow. He leaves to cherish his memories, his siblings, LaDell Clark and Vera Wolford (Nicky), his lady friend, Terry Green, his best friends, Bryan , Stan, and JJ. He also has a host of other family and friends that loved him dearly! A funeral is scheduled for April, 3, 2023 at Compass Pointe Funeral Services in Orlando, Florida with a balloon release to follow Funeral and another balloon release and reception in Chicago Heights, IL on April 8, 2023. When I was 17 years old I had my first child.. my auntie Hattie purchased my child a baby crib.. uncle Jerry and my daddy put the crib up in my bedroom.. painted the walls and waxed the floors before I came home with my child.. you are greatly appreciate and sadly missed ❤️🙏🏿

We were so Young when we met. I remember we had a old big stupid station wagon and Your family said we were going to fill it up . And we almost did just that. Rest in peace until we meet again..
