July 31, 1942 — May 17, 2024
Great Aunt
Surrounded by love and family, Jean Ann Huber passed on May 17th, 2024, at the age of 81. Jean Ann was born in Richmond, California, in 1942 to Elvira and Martin Huber. After graduating from the Academy of the Holy Child Jesus in 1960, Jean Ann worked as a clerk for the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Portland Office for thirty years. Upon retiring in 2001, Jean Ann loved spending time with her family, reading, working on Diamond Dots, and doing charitable work at her church, and she had a strong Catholic faith. Her favorite time of the year were her summer trips to Bend, Oregon, with her sisters. She is remembered and missed by her two brothers, Charles and Francis, her two sisters, Barbara and Mary, her sister-in-law, Connie, her nieces and nephew; as well as many dear family members and friends. We carry you forever in our hearts, and you have made our lives so much richer.

Jean Ann was a source of inspiration to me in so many ways. Her work ethic as she worked for the FBI inspired me in my choice for working in the public sector. Her ability to adapt and prove she can exceed expectations with her handicap, showed me you can push beyond physically. Later, her ability to push through diagnosis and exceed expectations with tenacity, is a model of how to live your life. I will always love you and miss you. Cathy
