James Carl "Bubba" Young was the son of Cynthia Darlene Nelson and Jackie Ray Smith, brother of Samuel Scott Young, Chappell Dodson III, and Carrie Leigh Taylor. He had no children and was married to Tara Ginter of Madison Lake, Minnesota. James grew up on his mother's family farm in the Boldo Community of Jasper, Alabama. He married Tara Ginter and lived in Madison Lake, Minnesota from 1994 until 2008. He was a computer science major and 1999 graduate of Rasmussen University. Most of his life he worked as a welder and master mechanic in Minnesota. When he divorced in 2008 he moved to Florida where he primarily lived in Jacksonville, Florida with or near his brother Samuel Young. In December 2019 he relocated to Alabama but died of cancer shortly thereafter at 10:46 PM on February 6, 2021 in Princeton Hospital in Birmingham, Alabama. He was preceded in death by both of his parents.
James Carl Young was born on February 15, 1977, in Hollywood, Florida, the son of Cynthia and Jack. He married Tara Marie Ginter in 2002 on a cruise ship in the Caribbean sea. He died of liver cancer on February 6, 2021 at 10:46 PM, in Birmingham, Alabama's Princeton Hospital, at the age of 43. James Carl Young was buried at the Jefferson County Cemetery in Morris, Alabama plot #8708.
Ancestry: James Carl Young is a direct descendant of King Robert III of Scotland, US President Thomas Jefferson, and Governor Thomas Nelson Jr. of Virginia. His brother Samuel Scott Young, a Navy Veteran founded US Veterans Lighthouse in Florida. His Mother Cynthia Darlene Nelson was the 3rd woman to become a Boy Scout troop leader.
