Jamar, you were one of the most passionate and creative souls. I always enjoyed your passionate educational conversation....and kept my kale plant alive for as long as I could. You will be missed, but your message will live on. Rest in peace, bro. ✊🏾

We met through farming. Took farm walks and discussed the state of life. A blessing that we crossed paths. My condolences to the family and to all of us who lost a bright light in the world.

Jamar frolicked into my life through food, creativity, and passion for community~ we shared an understanding of growth and connection as the way of living and learning I admire his willingness Unabashed Willingness to spiral in and out with the cycles of nature May his memory be a blessing 💜

When I met Jamar, I had just started going through one of the most trying times in my life. I had lost the ability to walk for 2 years due to surgeries and was in deep physical and emotional pain. The kindness, support and love he showed me was astonishing. His generosity was limitless. I'm shedding tears as I write this remembering all of the encouragement I received. I will keep his memory alive for as long as I draw breath and I hope to honor him by passing on even a fraction of the love he showed for everyone he met.

Love you brother. You will be truly missed but not forgotten
