It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Hernicio Chavez, a beloved father, grandfather, and family man, who departed this life peacefully on July 3, 2025, at the age of 70.

Born on December 10, 1954, Hernicio lived a life rooted in love, resilience, and dedication to those he held dear. He was a devoted father to his son, Isidro Chavez and wife Julia Muradanes , and Hernicio was also a deeply cherished grandfather to Jesse, Matt, Robert, and Veronica

Hernicio found his greatest joy in the simple, meaningful moments spent with family. Whether he was sharing laughter at a gathering, casting a line during a peaceful day of fishing, or enjoying the quiet comfort of a fine cigar, he lived each day with warmth and purpose.

His legacy is one of unconditional love, quiet strength, and heartfelt connection. Hernicio's presence brought light into the lives of those around him, and his memory will continue to do so.

A private service will be held by the family in his memory. In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you honor Hernicio by spending time with loved ones, enjoying the outdoors, or simply remembering him in your own meaningful way.

He will be missed dearly and remembered always.
