Dear Sonya , Family and Friends. Thank you for allowing me and the staff at Gilchrist Hospice Center to provide care to Hansberry. It was my pleasure to get to know Hansberry. Not only as a patient but as a friend. He was always appreciative of any care that the staff provided to him. I will surely miss him. May he forever RIP. Berta
Praise God from whom all blessings flow. Hansy you will be surely missed. But the good news is that we will see you again! When we all get to Heaven what a day of rejoicing it will be. We love you and will miss you but GOD LOVES YOU BEST!

Hansey you will be missed! Always supportive and kind! Great friend to us both! Our Brother in Christ! Praying for Sonya and the rest of the family! Will and Lori
Hansy and I were friends. We did not see one another often, but mainly, saw during fellowship with Israel and Fountain. Unfortunately, we would see one another at viewings of mutual aquaintances. We would always chat. Years ago, Hansy and I played on the same basketball team with a number of fellas from "The Valley". Tryouts were held at Fort Worthington Elementary School 85. Back then he told me, "Greg, you came from Down the Hill and made the team. You are alright!" We laughed and shook hands. I believe I was the youngest person on the team and he road with me to numerous games. I want to say we had one lost. Hansy will be missed. Nikki, my prayers are with all of you. Greg P.

Some chapters leave a lasting imprint, even as time moves forward and life changes. I hold quiet gratitude for what was and for the ways it shaped my journey. With respect for shared history and heartfelt care for all who are grieving, I wish peace, comfort, and gentle strength to every heart touched.
