Grisela Dominguez Reyes de Matanza, Cuba, regresó a la Gloria de Dios en Miami, Florida, el 5 de noviembre de 2023, a la edad de 71 años. Una madre devota, paciente, compasiva y cariñosa. Una abuela llena de luz, consejos y apoyo. La extrañamos muchisimo. Se puede rendir homenaje durante su funeral en la funeraria Bernardo García el viernes 10 de noviembre y su entierro será en el cementerio Our Lady of Mercy el sábado 11 de noviembre

En recuerdo, con amor, recitemos un poema en oración:

Queridos, estoy en casa en el Cielo;
¡Oh, tan feliz y tan brillante!
hay alegría y belleza perfecta
En esta luz eterna

Todo el dolor y la pena han terminado,
cada movimiento inquieto pasó;
Ahora estoy en paz para siempre,
Por fin, salva en casa en el cielo.

¿Te preguntaste que con tanta calma,
Pisaste el valle de la sombra?
¡Oh! sino el brazo de Jesús para apoyarse,

Descansarás en la tierra de Jesús.

Cuando todo ese trabajo esté terminado,
Él nos llamará gentilmente a Casa;
Oh, el éxtasis de aquel encuentro,
¡Oh, qué alegría verte venir!

Grisela Dominguez Reyes from Matanza, Cuba, passed away in Miami, Fl, on Nov 5, 2023, at the age of 71. Her lively, loving nature will be greatly missed by all who knew her. Respect can be paid during her memorial service at Bernardo Garcia Funeral Home on Friday, Nov 10 and burial at Our Lady of Mercy Cemetry on Saturday, Nov 11.

In loving remembrance, let's recite a poem in prayer:

I am home in Heaven, dear ones;
Oh, so happy and so bright!
there is perfect joy and beauty
In this everlasting light

All the pain and grief is over,
every restless tossing passed;
I am now at peace forever,
Safely home in Heaven at last.

Did you wonder I so calmly
Trod the valley of the shade?
Oh! but Jesus' arm to lean on,
Could I have one doubt or dread?

Then you must not grieve so sorely,
For I love you dearly still:
Try to look beyond the earth's shadows.
Pray to trust our Father's Will.

There is work still waiting for you,
So you must not idly stand;
Do it now, while life remaineth--
You shall rest in Jesus' land.

When that work is all completed,
He will gently call you Home;

Oh, the joy to see you come!
