Edwina McKinney

Edwina Ann McKinney departed this life surrounded by the love and memories of her family and loved ones. She was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, family matriarch, and cherished friend whose kindness, wisdom, and strength touched everyone who knew her.

Edwina lived a life rooted in love, resilience, and dedication to her family. She found joy in caring for those around her and created a legacy that will continue for generations through the lives of her children and grandchildren. Her presence brought comfort, laughter, guidance, and warmth to her family and community.

She leaves to cherish her memory her beloved children: her sons Edwin, Luther Sr., James, Denzel, Christopher, Liam, Jermaine, Larry, and Deandre; and her daughters Brenda and Cecil. She also leaves behind 10 cherished grandchildren: Deana, Sierra, Li’nese, Chanpale, Luther Jr., Amelia, Mariah, JaCori, Jemisha, Carmen, and 21 great-grandchildren, all of whom were blessed by her unconditional love and enduring support.

Edwina will be remembered for her caring spirit, her wisdom, her strength during difficult times, and the way she made everyone feel welcome and loved. Though her passing leaves a deep void in the hearts of those who knew her, her legacy will forever live on through the family she nurtured and the lives she touched.
