Edward Michno passed away peacefully, leaving behind a life filled with unique experiences, devoted relationships, and lifelong passions.
Edward was preceded by his former wife and longtime companion, Michele Marie Dalane of Winsted, Connecticut. In his later years, Edward dedicated much of his time to supporting Michele and helping her manage her disabilities, demonstrating his kindness, loyalty, and caring nature.
Edward will be cremated and laid to rest at Gan Shalom Cemetery in Tampa, Florida.
A devoted fan of The Beatles since childhood, Edward's love for their music remained a constant throughout his life. He enjoyed sharing his thoughts and ideas about the band with others, including his imaginative vision of a future tour featuring Paul McCartney, Ringo Starr, and Dani Harrison called "Beatles Generations." Music brought him great joy and connected him with many people over the years.
Edward was also an enthusiastic collector of model trains, spending countless hours building and expanding his collection. He was a loyal New York Mets fan beginning in 1979 and faithfully followed the team throughout his life.
During his early years, Edward spent much of his life involved with the circus, an experience that shaped many of his stories and memories. He was proud of his connection to the Miano family and cherished his family heritage.
Edward will be remembered for his devotion to those he cared about, his love of music, trains, baseball, and the many conversations he shared with friends and family. His memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
