It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Dixie Ann Trausch, who peacefully left this world on Thursday, June 29th, 2024.
Dixie was a beloved daughter, mom, grandma, great grandmother, aunt, and wife. She brought presence brought light and joy to all who knew her. Born on October 29th, 2024, Dixie lived a life filled with love, laughter, and compassion.
Dixie will be remembered for her kind heart, generous spirit, and unwavering dedication to those she cared about. Whether it was lending a listening ear, offering a helping hand, or sharing a joke to lift spirits, Dixie always put others before herself.
In addition to her warm personality, Dixie was also known for her talents and passions. From being an artist, preaching at church, and reading, Dixie brought creativity and inspiration to those around her.
Dixie will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Though she may be gone from our sight, Dixie will forever remain in our hearts and memories.
A celebration of Dixie’s life will be held on June 29, 2024 at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Dixie’s daughter, Heidi Trausch.
Rest in peace, dear Dixie. You will always be cherished and remembered. Jesus will take you into his loving hands now.
