Denise Lynn Onsa (Mockus), beloved wife, mother, and grandmother, passed away at home at the age of 72. Raised in Philadelphia, PA, Denise carried with her a warmth and light that touched every place she lived, especially Naples, FL, where she made her home for the past 20 years.
Family was always at the center of Denise’s world. She poured her heart into creating a loving home, raising her children with care, and later cherishing the role of “Mom-Mom” to her grandchildren. She is survived by her devoted husband, Ward Onsa; her daughter, Lauren Aller; her sons, John Onsa and Greg Onsa; her daughter-in-law, Vanessa Onsa; and her treasured grandchildren, Natalie Aller, John Aller, and Sophia Onsa.
Denise had a gift for making others feel cared for, whether around her kitchen table or in her professional life. For over a decade, she worked at the Naples Ritz-Carlton, where her kindness, attention to detail, and warm smile earned her recognition as a five-star employee. She loved people, and people loved her right back.
Those who knew Denise will remember her as the heart of her family, the one who could make any house feel like home. She had a way of turning ordinary days into special moments simply through her presence, her laughter, and her love.
Her legacy lives on in the family she adored and in the countless lives she brightened along the way.
