Celebrating the Life of
September 26, 1983 — October 4, 2023
On Wednesday, October 4, 2023 at 2:52 PM, Dawnielle Nicole Thomas, wife and devoted mother of three, passed away at the age of 40 in her home town of Simi Valley California, surrounded by her family and close friends. She was born to Jan and Sharlana (Perkins) Thomas on September 26, 1983 in Panorama City, California.
Dawnielle completed the Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) course, breezed through the state exam and worked as a CMA. And, once she selflessly jumped in to pull out survivors in a burning car rescue, as her nature was to drop whatever she was doing to assist anyone in need.
Dawnielle's interests included: family, friends, the love of animals, music, the beach, travel, snow, and Christmas! She was a free spirit, giving, spontaneous, unconventional, a creative thinker, strong-willed, loving, and sensitive. Her enduring legacy was as a mother that laughed, loved, and cherished God, her family, and Keith! She strongly advocated for all three of her children, close family and friends, and championed an amazing Make-A-Wish Foundation trip for her son, Tandin to Disney World.
Dawnielle is survived by her husband, Keith Ringled; beloved sons, Tandin and Noah, and sweet spirited daughter, Rylynn; parents, Sharlana, Jan, and step-father Dale; sisters, Stephanie, Teresa, and Jennifer; brothers, Stephen and David; a host of nieces and nephews; two faithful dogs; and oodles of lovable guinea pigs.
Preceding Dawnielle in death was her beloved grandmother, Shirley Perkins-Drummond, with whom she can now forever join and rest in peace.
