David was truly one of a kind. We worked together at Bob Marleys for years and he remained a good friend of mine. There was no one on earth I could laugh with the way we did. He was caring and loving and always there to listen. David and our friend Gwen made the video I posted to serenade my 2 year old son to sleep. 🥰 a memory I’ll never forget. And like the song says “So long, farewell to you my friend… Goodbye for now, until we meet again”

David and I at our senior prom. David you and I shared a special bond of friendship that most lose after they become adults. We always picked right back up where we left off, you were more like family to me than a friend. I will miss you forever as I continue to try to wrap my head around this. This isn’t goodbye, this is I’ll see you later. Continue to keep watching over us. Wilson family my thoughts and prayers continue to be with you.
