David was a great friend. Loving and attentive to those he cared about. David had a heart to serve God and his community. He put aside countless number of hours feeding the hungry, clothing the poor, getting a addict treatment, cooking in soup kitchens, he helped run bible studies and 12 step programs. You could of seen him at Whitney Place, at the Chow truck, the clothing closet, the community meals, the Impact Project, the V.O.A the list just goes on. He believed God used broken people and he was proud to be a testimony of that. David was involved in several different ministries. David loved animals, planting gardens, he enjoyed building motorized bikes, enjoyed working on cars, loved being on the river in his kayak, he was a awesome baker. If you ate a donut from Many's . That delicious masterpiece was handmade by David.
Not only did he make this world sweeter he touched many lives.
We thank you for sharing your life with us. But it's time to place you into God's arms where you are safe and secure.
You are loved and will be greatly missed.
Please share a photo or video, or post a heartfelt condolence to the family.

Security at The Community Meal

David belonged to God. This was him becoming a member at First Assembly Of God. He helped with security at events and ushered faithfully.

We use to go to the 50 plus trips together through our church. This was a dinner cruise but we also went to a few plays.

David was a beautifully broken person who God used to bless so many people including me. I am a better person for having known him. He is loved and will be missed.

I give my condolences to all of David’s friends. May and family. God Bless You All he was a special person to all that new him.
Dave got down on my knees, showed true compassion, unconditional love and changed my life. One of a very few people that I can truly say I loved.
I remember how excited David would get when it was time to serve the homeless. He couldn't wait to bless them with food, water, a blanket and share words of hope.
I just want to say how sorry I am that David passed. May God comfort you. Denise
Dave will be greatly missed. He was there for me in the men’s Bible study on Saturday at city Church.
