Christopher Michael Robertson, age 45, passed away on March 26, 2024 comfortably with his family at home.
Born on May 11, 1978 to Thomas and the late Colleen Robertson.
Chris and Crystal joined in marriage on October 10, 2010 in Lakeside, Michigan; loving each other for 23 years. Together, they welcomed into the world their two boys, Braeden (11) and Asher (7).
A kid at heart, Chris enjoys playing cars, Legos, catch, football; any and all activities with his boys. He loves to cook, and cuddle while watching movies. He loves his family with every fiber of his being.
You may often find Chris antiquing through garage sales and thrift stores, always looking for a vintage treasure to rescue. He is a collector of sports cards and memorabilia. Chris has an undeniable love for the Chicago Bears and White Sox which he shares with his boys and the rest of his family and friends. He loves taking his family on annual summer vacations to northern Wisconsin and Michigan camping and spending time in nature.
Chris is a believer and lover of Jesus. Moved by worship music, jazz/blues, and folk rock.
Chris is survived by wife Crystal, sons Braeden and Asher, father Tom, sister Lisa, and brother Tommy.
Family and friends whose lives touched are invited to celebrate his life at Community Christian Church, 3910 Highland Ave Downers Grove, IL 60515 on April 27, 2024 at 10:30 AM followed by a casual luncheon at the family's home.

This will be a casual luncheon at the Robertson home to gather and celebrate Chris’ life together. All are welcome but it is not a formal event.

This was at work maybe "09". I had to share it because it was hilarious. I hope you don't mind me posting this picture Chris but thank you for all the laughs. It is hard to believe, and we all miss you at work. I know you tried fighting the fight and it gets exhausting. I believe you are watching over everyone now. I had the pleasure of working with Chris for years at Southern Glazers Wine&Spirits. He started as a floater in Customer Service is where we met and been friends ever since. My nickname from him was luscious why I don’t know. He will be deeply missed I already miss him rest well my friend. I know that was you who visited me and smashed the water bottle.

Chris was a funny and kind guy. He loved life and you could always tell how much he loved and how proud he was of his family. Chris, you will be missed dearly but I am glad you are safe in the arms of your Mom in Heaven above.
