A firecracker at birth and throughout life. A daughter, a sister, a mother, a grandmother, and a friend to many. A Californian at heart, but the sunshine state, Florida, won her over. A U.S. Customs inspector to the core. An all-around woman that was strong willed, spiritual, determined her entire life to be successful, and the best woman she could be to everyone. A woman who fought for a second chance in life and won another eight years. As a changed woman, she absolutely lived those last years to the fullest experiencing a little love along the way, a little crazy travel, and a little more vino time. Planes, trains, and automobiles was the way she liked to travel on her spontaneous last minute wild adventures. Above all she was my best friend, and I was hers. She was my protector, and I was hers.
