Barbara Ann Jenkins passed peacefully on January 14, 2024 in Winchester, VA at the age of 66. She is survived by her husband, Larry Jenkins of Woodstock, VA, her children Darwin McLaughlin of Leesburg, VA, Lauren McLaughlin of Strasburg, VA, and Adam McLaughlin of Chantilly, VA, grandchildren, Demetrius Hembry, Paige McLaughlin, Noah McLaughlin, Marley McLaughlin and Mercy Davis, and her great grandchild, Milana Horaru. She was born on January 27, 1957 in Washington, DC to John McLaughlin and Helen McLaughlin. She graduated from JEB Stuart HS in 1975.
Barbara had a strong love of family, friends, gardening, and showing dogs.
