Celebrating the Life of
July 29, 1971 — April 3, 2025
Anthony William Amendola was 53 years old at the time of his departure. He was born July 29, 1971, and died April 3rd, 2025. He was a devoted Husband, Father, Stepfather, Son, Brother, and Uncle. Anthony lived in Kansas City with his Wife, Lisa Amendola, and his Stepdaughters Kathryn and Rina Bradley. He often said his Daughter, Alyssa Amendola, who he affectionately called "Boomers" was his greatest life accomplishment.
After graduating from East High School in 1989, Anthony became a skilled tradesman as a Union Sheet Metal Worker for Local Union 2. He worked for Russco Custom Fabrication running the Laser from Nov 30th 2002, for 22-years.
Anthony was a talented musician having played the guitar since he was a child. He often spoke of spending Christmas as a boy with Uncle Denis as the spark that lit his musical flame. He is known for playing with the bands Mooncalf, Bent, Rise Within, and most recently Vein with his wife Lisa. Anthony enjoyed fencing, golfing, martial arts, going to Chiefs games, spending time with his wife and children at Truman Lake, and playing with his Yellow Labrador, Tate. Anthony regularly volunteered for service projects at his parish, St. Charles Borromeo. Friends and family agree, his sense of humor was unparalleled, and his laugh was infectious.
Anthony is also survived by his Sister, Sara Judd, his Brother in Law Brian Judd, his Niece Nevaeh Judd, his Nephew Tre Judd, his Father Anthony Joseph Amendola, his Stepmother Tammy Amendola, his Uncle Pat Amendola, and his Uncle Denis Kryzck. He will join his Mother, Paula Kryzck-Amendola, his Uncle Steve Kryzck Jr., Uncle William Amendola, Grandmother Phyllis Kryzck, and Grandfather Steven “Janek” Kryzck, Grandmother Eva Amendola, and Grandfather Alfonso Amendola in Heaven.
