Alice began her singing career at the young age of 7 in 1981 and quickly found her passion for music. In 1988, she joined the band The Boosters and continued to pursue her musical aspirations.
In 1987, Alice and her family relocated to Australia with her bandmates. They enjoyed success together, but tragedy struck when Alice's husband, George Hendrickson., passed away from drowning in a hotel on March 15, 2004. Despite this heartbreaking loss, Alice remained resilient and continued to share her gift of song with the world.
In November 2003, Alice and her family moved to Missouri with her bandmates. Tragically, on December 20, 2005, she lost her life due to a drug overdose with barbiturates in a hotel room. Her untimely departure has left a void in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.
Alice will be deeply missed by her mother, Virginia, her sisters Jane, Juliet, and Lilian, as well as her cousins, nephews, and nieces. She was preceded in death by her father Clifford, grandparents, uncles, cousins, and aunts.

A memorial and cremation service were held on December 23, 2005, at St. Louis Cremation. In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to support the release of The Boosters' album "Grooving Up! 2" on March 20, 2006, dedicated to the memory of George and his bandmate, Vivian Bordeaux.
